An aspect of compassion is acceptance. Through the process of learning mistakes will be made, and compassion is required during these times in order to not become self destructive and spiral downwards. Who you are is always changing so something you maybe were once capable of doing, you wont be at a later time as your consciousness evolves. It will bring much peace and freedom to adopt a complete acceptance for oneself and to let go of being too hard on yourself. As you will discover you are the one holding yourself to high standards and expectations and that is good, but you are also having a human experience where errors are learning opportunities that will not stay with you forever. We are supposed to be non perfect here that is part of the experience. Relax everything will be okay. This storm too shall pass.
