When you don’t keep running into guilt or regret from an action that you know in your heart is not pure because you made an intentional change. For example if you repeatedly find yourself hating or speaking ill of others, catching it and wanting to remove that habit or quality is what makes you get back on the right path. When you have the intention to be better and try to take actions or do inner work to improve as a human being or a soul. Your intensions will tell you if you are on the right path. Good intentions lead to a better life within and more advanced soul. Negative intensions lead to suffering.
