Close your eyes, focus on your heart chakra. Radiate love from your being with your intention to do so. Become absorbed into the moment without thought distractions by letting thoughts go as they arise. This is done by not attaching to mental stimuli. Instead you align with the underlying awareness that is always present and you become one with the moment. Rather than reacting to life or thoughts just experience what it’s like to be alive. Breath deeply and calmly and don’t allow a negative mindset to ruin the peace that this moment offers you.
