Shame can be healed with self love. Intentionally love yourself by releasing the energy of love from within you when you feel embarrassed instead of trying to resist it. Accept yourself in the moment, rather than judgement. Resisting anything just amplifies it and judgment is a form of resistance because it says to your inner system that you want something to be changed and different. Another tip is to exercise a lot as this can increase your brain endorphins and make you less susceptible to feeling anything negative, such as anxiety. When you use up your excess energy through exertion in some form of exercise or cardio, your nervous system will respond more calmly in stressful situations. Spending time in nature and going for walks can also activate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation as well as getting enough hours of quality sleep.
