What Are Some Ways to Find Inner Peace?

Peace is a state of mind. You can live in peace when you stop allowing anything in the world to determine how you feel. You take full ownership and responsibility of how you feel in every moment. This is reclaiming your power. You then become the source of your feelings intentionally. Then from there it is easy as long as we stay self aware, because we can reject whatever does not feel good within us and sprout what does. For example we can reject anger and hate by surrendering it and not attaching to its feeling and sprout more pleasant feelings by aligning with their nature with the power of our intention.
